Master craftsman Sean Van Gelder is a licensed building contractor specializing in high performance homes in the Sacramento and Davis, California, region since 1985. A certified Green Building Professional, Sean has an established reputation in fine home construction. He’s a hands-on builder with an eye for details, managing a team equally focused on the homeowner’s satisfaction.
Designer Clay Johnson has been associated with Van Gelder Construction Company since 1991. Together, they’ve designed and built many home projects in the Davis area. A member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD), Clay is a past president of the California Society of the AIBD. He has been designing homes and remodels since 1982.
